Sixt, along with several other car hire companies can be found in the arrivals terminal at Entebbe Airpprt. The desks are sign posted so you will easily be able to find then. Discounts are sometimes offered form some airliners if you are booking with Sixt. Bear in mind though that the discount offered is usually less than the discounts offered by pre booking online, so unless you want to wait, it is advisable to reserve online before you depart.
